Dr Julian Pettit (Director)
Julian graduated from the University of Otago in 1996 and joined Wanaka Medical in 2004.
He has broad experience as a rural GP and is one of our specialist skin cancer doctors.
Julian enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and all the region has to offer. He is the medical advisor to the Wanaka Search and Rescue and Southern Lakes Heliski operations.
Qualifications : MB ChB, Dip Child Health, Postgraduate Diploma in General Practice, FRNZCGP. He also holds Advanced Clinical Certificates in Dermoscopy, Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery and is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
