Our Phone Nurse is available from 9am to 5pm for your convenience and can be contacted for test results, advice and follow up. Our receptionists may also refer you to the Phone Nurse if they deem it appropriate, given a particular query or request. In most instances, our receptionists will take a message we will ask the phone nurse to call you back
