Wanaka Medical has a policy of providing you with all of your test results in a timely and efficient manner.

Testing can take a number of forms: blood tests, xrays, smears, urine tests, specialist testing/consults, biopsies and many others.

Each form of testing requires a different amount of time to determine results. Feel free to ask your clinician how long your results will take to come back.

We understand that waiting for a test result can be stressful so we endeavour to get these to you as soon as we can. Once the doctor has looked at your results, we will inform you by letter, text, phone or ManageMyHealth depending on your stated preference.
